At MTC Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
