Do you offer professional knife sharpening services?
Yes, MTC Kitchen provides professional Japanese knife sharpening services. You can visit our showroom in person or use our mail-in sharpening service for a nominal fee.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used knives, stones, or custom-engraved items are not eligible for return.
Are your Japanese knives dishwasher safe?
No, high-quality Japanese knives should always be hand-washed and dried immediately. Dishwashers can damage the blade edge, cause rust on high-carbon steel, and degrade the handle material.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
