The Story
This authentic Korean Kimchee sauce is made from red chili peppers with apples, garlic and ginger. This flavorful sauce is created with a blend of very spicy and mild chili peppers, kelp, anchovy and soy sauce. This thick and rich all-purpose sauce adds Kimchi flavor to any dish. Use it as a dipping sauce for spicy hot pot, topping for ushi, meat, fish or vegetable marinade, sauce for meat dishes, or additional flavor to dressing, and of course, homemade Kimchee.
