The freshness preservation sheet "Red Keeper" is a sister product of the cooking sheet "Phichit". Simply lay a "red keeper" on a pad, put the ingredient on it, wrap it, or put it in a closed container to remove the drip, and keep it moisturized and fresh. As the name suggests, it keeps the fresh red color of tuna and beef, and is also ideal for keeping the freshness of chicken thighs which are often drip and easily damaged, tempura ingredients, sushi ingredients, mushrooms, vegetables, and cheese.
