The Story
The Hasegawa FRM Soft Rubber Cutting Board is a thin, lightweight elastomer sheet for high-grade knives. Made from the same soft elastomer family as the FSRL and FSR series, it feels similar to traditional Japanese hinoki boards. The cushioning helps absorb knife impact and is gentle on edges, and the grippy texture helps stabilize ingredients for precise cuts. Unlike FSRL or FSR models, the FRM has no wood core, so it is more flexible and easier to handle.
